Master wine

The pure landscape, the perfect alternation of rainfall and insolation, the lucky position of the place (at the foot of Pollino) have been exalting the natural vocation to the planting of vines species of excellent qualities, to produce, then, master wines. Wines to able both to match with and intensify the strong flavours, typical of the regional traditional cuisine, and to caress the palates of the most refined and demanding gourmets. Our wines fully meet the needs and the expectations of those looking in a wine for reliability, personality and great quality.

The company

The historic cooperative is the engine of Cantine Campoverde, born due to the will of some Calabrian wine growers aiming at giving value to Pollino’s wine history. The firm produces wines linked to the territory of the biggest Italian protected area, increasing the value of the autochthonous vines Magliocco.

At the foot of Pollino Mount, the peak which gives the name to the homonimous national park, the production area is inlaid in the perimeter of the plain of Sybaris, an area historically dedicated to the agriculture.
